• Privacy policy

    Your privacy is important to CultureDrivers ApS. It is our policy to respect your privacy regarding any information we may collect from you or about you.

     

    CultureDrivers is a service, that multiple organisations use to complete assessments and deliver learning journeys to their employees and members. You are identified as a user with your email address and a corresponding password.

     

    We only ask for your personal data when we truly need it to provide a service to you. We collect it by fair and lawful means, with your knowledge. We also let you know why we’re collecting it and how it will be used.
    If you are a user with us, we will collect certain login details (such as your email and a unique ID used as a unique identifier for users only known to us and will be a random string of 64 characters.). Login data like your password is stored by our sub-provider Auth0 (https://www.auth0.com) in an encrypted format. We have no access to your login data in any way.

     

    We only retain your personal data for as long as necessary to provide you with the requested service.

     

    We will collect the data within commercially acceptable means to prevent loss and theft, as well as unauthorized access, disclosure, copying, use or modification.

     

    We process your personal data based on GDPR, art. 6, 1 (c) (contractual relationship) and art, 6, 1 (f) (legitimate interests), cfr. Databeskyttelseslovens § 6. The legitimate interests are statistical purposes to help us make better decisions about new features and technical improvements such as performance optimizations.

     

    We don’t share any personal data publicly or with third-parties, except when required to by law or as necessary to provide you with our service, for example our data processors. We do not share login information with our clients.

     

    We do not process or transfer your personal data outside of the EU.
    You are free to refuse our request for your personal data, with the understanding that we may be unable to provide you with some of your desired services.

    • The right to restrict processing: you can let us know how you want us to use your data by getting in touch with us using the contact details below.
    • The right to data portability: you have the right to request your data be provided in an easy to use format to another supplier.
    • The right to object: you can opt out of hearing from us at any point by contacting us using the contact details below.
