• Head of Growth

    Our new Head of Growth will be responsible for identifying and winning the next wave of customers, and determining which customer segments/ICP (Ideal Customer Profile), sales channels and strategies to leverage to create a scalable commercial model.

     

    In this role, you'll enjoy the benefits inherent to a small, dynamic startup environment. You'll be entrusted with significant responsibility and autonomy, reporting directly to the founder and CEO, and playing a key role in major company decisions.

     

    This position, like all roles in an ambitious startup, demands a proactive attitude and a willingness to take on diverse tasks. As the sole member of our department, your days will vary widely, from making initial contact with potential clients over the phone to engaging in strategic discussions with C-level executives, or contributing to pivotal roadmap- and strategy meetings with the team.

Moving forward, our next exciting phase of growth focuses on evolving our commercial model and product towards a more scalable approach.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Forge deep market insights to identify and engage our ideal customer profile.
    • Champion our direct sales efforts, expanding our customer base through innovative outreach and robust engagement strategies.
    • Experiment and identify scalable sales channels that ensure predictable growth.
    • Elevate our brand presence, overseeing digital marketing initiatives from social media to content creation.

    Qualifications

    • Doer / Self starter: This position requires a bias towards action, and ability to define and rapidly execute the tasks necessary to achieve our ambitious goals. You will work closely with CultureDrivers team members, but your primary way to achieve results is to do the work yourself.
    • Digitally Proficient: You must be either a power user on, or have an ability to very quickly learn, the key digital platforms required to succeed, such as: Web CMS, Webinar software, Digital ad platforms, Social media platforms, CRM system.
    • Sales Closer: You must have a proven ability to engage with potential customers and drive a sales dialogue to closure.
    • Consultative Mindset: Ability to understand complex customer situations and solution opportunities, and translate this understanding into clear value propositions for customers.
    • Industry Knowledge: You should at least have some experience from the tech sector, ideally in B2B software. If you have specific experience and track record in HR tech you would have a big advantage.

     

    The Team

    We are a small distributed team of innovative and ambitious consultants and developers. We primarily work remotely, with regular online check-ins and team days where we meet in person, so no need to move to Copenhagen if you’re not already here. However we need to collaborate closely, so you will likely have to be based in our time zone (CET) ±1 hour
