  • Our-Mix and match approach to AI

    Given the rapid evolution and competition among AI services, we have adopted a
    “mix-and-match” approach that allows us to leverage the most current and effective technologies at any given time.

    This flexible architecture enabled us to swiftly upgrade our services from OpenAI’s ChatGPT
    4.o to Anthropic Claude Sonnet 3.5 when it proved more effective for certain AI
    tasks. Similarly, as voice-based conversational AI matures and gains user acceptance, we will integrate new AI services to continually enhance our offerings.
